Commonly used Key terms in AIQ Data.
| Term | Plain English Definition |

| Widget | A chart or data visualization on a dashboard. AIQ offers more than 40 widget types. |
| Dashboard | A page that contains one or more widgets, giving you a visual summary of your T&E data. |
| Console / Category | A group of related dashboards. Examples: Expense, Credit Card, Travel. |
| Drill-Down | Clicking into a chart to see a more detailed breakdown of a specific data point. |
| Drill Path | The sequence of levels a user moves through when drilling into a chart, for example, Department, then Employee, then Transaction. |
| Dimension | A category used to group or break down data, for example, Department, Vendor, or City. |
| Measure | A numeric value calculated for each dimension group, for example, Total Amount Spent or Number of Transactions. |
| Expense Type / Cube | The data category selected when configuring a chart, for example, Hotel, Air, or Ground. |
| Global Filter | A filter applied from the header that affects all dashboards across all categories. |
| Widget-Level Filter | A filter applied to a single chart only, set during data configuration. |
| SSO (Single Sign-On) | A login method that lets you use your existing company credentials; no separate password is required. |
| TMC (Travel Management Company) | A third-party company that manages corporate travel bookings. Examples: BCD Travel, American Express Global Business Travel. |
| T&E | Short for Travel and Expense; the combined category of business travel costs and employee expense reimbursements. |
| Data Source (A / C / T / E / HR) | The origin of the data used in a chart. Each source has a short code: A = All, C = Corporate Card, T = Travel, E = Expenses, HR = HR Records. |
| Canvas | The workspace where you place and arrange charts when building or editing a dashboard. |
