Picking a Console

After logging in, you will land on the AIQ Data home screen. This screen shows all the dashboard groups (called consoles or categories) that your administrator has made available to you.

Common examples include:

• Expense - Out-of-pocket expenses submitted by employees
• Credit Card - Corporate card transactions
• Travel - Airline, hotel, and ground travel bookings
• Employee - Individual-level spend and behavior summaries

How to open a console

1. Browse the categories shown on the home screen.
2. Click on the category you want to open.
3. The dashboards for that category will load.

Note: You will only see consoles that your administrator has enabled for your account. If you expect to see a console that is not listed, contact your administrator.
