Features and Improvements
1.1 New Help Section
The new Help section makes it easier to learn AIQ and discover its features. From one convenient location, users can take guided tours, submit feedback, and access helpful tips to get the most out of the platform.
How to Access it
- Open the Navigation Menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu where you will find the Help section.
Tour AIQ
The Tour AIQ option provides a guided walkthrough of the platform, introducing key features and helping new users become familiar with AIQ.
Tip: You can exit the tour at any time by selecting Close Tour in the bottom-left corner of the tour tab.
- Tour a Section
For users who only need help with a specific area, Tour a Section offers guided walkthroughs for individual parts of AIQ instead of the full platform tour.
- Feedback
The Feedback option allows users to submit product suggestions, report issues, or share ideas directly from AIQ. Each submission automatically creates a support ticket in Zendesk, ensuring feedback reaches the product team for review.
- Tips for Using AIQ
The Tips for Using AIQ option provides helpful guidance and best practices to help users get the most value from the platform and make better use of its features.
1.2 Dashboard Publishing & Workspace Management (Admin Feature)
Company Admins can now manage dashboards using a Publish/Unpublish workflow. This allows dashboards to be developed and tested in the Personal workspace before being published to the Company workspace, where they become available to all users. If further changes are needed, dashboards can be unpublished, updated privately, and republished when ready.
How to Unpublish a Company Dashboard
To make changes to a published Company dashboard:
- Open the Company dashboard you want to edit.
- Click Edit Dashboard.
- In the left-hand panel, scroll to the Dashboard Visibility section.
- Click Unpublish to Personal.
The dashboard will be removed from the Company workspace and moved to your Personal workspace, where you can make changes without affecting other users.
Note: Once your updates are complete, you can publish the dashboard again to make the latest version available in the Company workspace.
1.3 Personal User-Create Role
The Personal User-Create role allows users to create, manage, and share dashboards within their own private workspace. Users can also duplicate Company dashboards to their Personal workspace, allowing them to customize dashboards without affecting the original versions.
How to Save a Company Dashboard to Your Personal Workspace
- Open the Company dashboard you want to customize.
- Click Save to My Dashboard in the top-right corner.
- Enter a new Title (optional) and choose the Category where you want to save the dashboard.
- Click Save to My Dashboard.
1.4 SSO Onboarding Confirmation
First-time SSO users are now greeted with a welcome message after signing in. The one-time confirmation notifies users that their account has been created successfully and provides guidance on how to request additional permissions from their Company Administrator, if needed.
1.5 System Logging & Audit Trails
AIQ now provides enhanced audit logging for dashboard and category activity. The system automatically records key actions such as creating, updating, and deleting dashboards and categories, helping administrators improve governance, auditing, and troubleshooting.
What's Tracked
- Dashboard and category creation
- Dashboard and category updates
- Dashboard and category deletion
- The user who performed each action
- The date and time of each action
1.6 Improved Data Consistency
Location data has been standardized across AIQ to ensure countries are displayed and processed consistently throughout the platform. This helps improve data accuracy and reporting reliability.
2. Bug Fixes
2.1 Improved Widget Formatting
We've improved how values are displayed across widgets to make reports easier to read and interpret.
Fixes include:
- Currency and numeric values in Single Value widgets now round correctly to whole numbers.
- Calculated metrics in table widgets now display with consistent rounding, currency symbols, and thousands separators.
2.2 User Interface Improvements
Several interface enhancements have been made to improve usability across the platform.
Fixes include:
- Air Filter fields now display correctly on smaller laptop screens.
- Fixed an issue where the Department dropdown could appear behind filters or widget elements.
- Removed unnecessary "Sum:" and "Avg:" labels from Summary widgets for a cleaner appearance.
2.3 Perfomance Improvements
Optimized background processing for the Docs Agent, reducing unnecessary system activity when no documents are being processed while ensuring new uploads are detected immediately.
